Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
